Greentalent is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market. On behalf of a prestigious multinational company that provides EPC services for the natural gas, wind and photovoltaic sectors, we are looking for a:

Asset Commercial Manager – Wind

The ideal resource has a degree in business administration, economics, legal or equivalent, he/she has at lest 1 year of experience in contract&claim manager and is strong communicator in legal and contractual affairs. A legal background is preferable;

Main responsibilities:

• Managing existing contracts;
• Interpretation of contract language and correct classification in daily business;
• Maintaining contract register;
• Monitoring contractual obligations;
• Interface to official authorities (e.g. Bauämtern, Naturschutzbehörden, etc.);
• Interface to legal department in Germany and Italy;
• Collaboration on different levels of commercial management

Skills & Requirements:

• Willingness to work in a small team in Hamburg and a big headquarter in Italy (Genova);
• Confident in communicating with external stakeholders (e.g. authorities, municipalities, contractors, et al);
• Knowledge of German (wind industry preferable). Professional fluent English (writing and speaking);
• MS Office; SAP would be a plus;
• Ability to work in an international team;
