Business Developer Germany- Renewables



Greentalent is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market. On behalf of a prestigious multinational company that provides EPC services for the natural gas, wind and photovoltaic sectors, we are looking for a:


Business Developer - Renewables

The ideal resource has a Bachelor in engineering, renewable energies or similar, he/she has Project management experience in wind onshore and/or PV in Germany. The position will report directly to the Head of Development Project Management and will be part of the Business Development and M&A team in Germany.


Main responsibilities:

  • Taking the whole responsibility of a pipeline of projects under development (green field / brown field / repowering) till the achievement of the BImSchG;
  • Coordinating internal functions and main stakeholders involved in the process (authorities, consultants, land lords, grid operators...);
  • Preparing reports, analysis, applications and valuation to monitor the status of the projects;
  • Elaborating business plan including Opex, CAPEX and other assumptions in coordination with other departments;
  • Supporting other functions (i.e. engineering, legal, construction) for the implementation of the projects;
  • Being part of an international group with headquarter in Italy and different branches overall Europe.


Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the renewable business and in managing similar projects;
  • Technical skills (wind, feasibility analysis, layout) will be a plus;
  • High Motivation to work in an international team and being involved in a dynamic and growing environment;
  • German (native speaker/business fluent) and English (native speaker/business fluent).
