On behalf of a company specializing in integrated compression systems for natural gas applications, offering solutions applicable across the entire value chain of natural gas, biomethane and hydrogen we are looking for a:



H2 Sales & Business Development Manager



The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting hydrogen-based solutions for our clients. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment and operation of hydrogen technologies.



Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Research and creation of new business opportunities;
  • Active participation in reaching the company sales budget and the budget assigned to the Manager by Sales Direction;
  • Collaborate with country managers to understand local needs and support them to find local business opportunities;
  • Lead technical assessments and feasibility studies for hydrogen applications in various industries, including transportation, manufacturing, and energy production;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and develop customized hydrogen compression solutions to meet their requirements;
  • Networking within the Hydrogen industry to understand market trends and business opportunities;
  • Understand industry standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in hydrogen technology and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement;
  • Support marketing to develop marketing material and technical documentation to support internal growth of H2 understanding;
  • Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and events to share knowledge and promote the benefits of hydrogen applications;
  • For existing and new applications defined by the corporate strategic plan, he works in order to 1) know in depth, follow, anticipate and analyze the trends of the reference market, of competitors, estimating the needs of the market in terms of product, technology and service; 2) identify and anticipate possible future developments in terms of new markets and new businesses, supporting in the analysis of the Company’s competitive positioning and commercial and product strategies;
  • Supports the company revenue and brand growth through the development and implementation of strategic marketing, product marketing, communication actions, plan and policies identified together with the Sales Director;
  • Responsible for receivables collection;
  • Attends trade fairs, conferences and industry events and prepares and submits reports to the Management on progress, results and roadblocks;
  • In order to increase company assets, full and constant sharing of data and information with colleagues and timely updating of the CRM and dedicated company systems.




  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on industrial equipment or equivalent background;
  • Previous experience of at least 5-7 years in sales and technology development of customized technical products in industrial companies;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hydrogen technology development, deployment, or research;
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment with cross-functional stakeholders;
  • Strong transversal skills in communications/relating, organization/management, team working and planning;
  • Comprehensive capacities and interpersonal skills in relationship with customers, goal orientation, smart e solid person;
  • Ability to get involved, flexibility, dynamism, high sense of responsibility;
  • English: full professional proficiency.
