Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a multinational company, leader in designing and manufacturing of highly-engineered equipment for chemical, oil&gas, and power industries, is looking for a:

Quality Engineer – Instrumentation & Controls

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical or Process Engineering, or a similar level of education. He/she has at least two years of previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management System application (ISO9001) and has a good knowledge of the European Norms e.g. IEC, EN, ATEX.

Key responsibilities:

• Specialist and competence center for any Quality Assurance topics within instrumentation and controls (I&C) area;
• Sales support, specification review and creation of I&C tender inspection and test plans;
• Creation of project specific inspection and test plans based on customer specifications;
• Review and release of quality certificates within SAP;
• Performing quality inspections within vendors mainly in Europe as aligned with our Project Management;
• Finalization of I&C Quality Documentations;
• Contact person for any audits within I&C areas.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in similar business;
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related processes would be beneficial;
• Expect travel activity within Europe (10-20%);
• Fluent in Italian and English.
