Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of Tecnair, a company that is part of the Panasonic group and specializes in the design and production of advanced HVAC solutions, is looking for a:

Quality Assurance Specialist

The candidate will support Tecnair in order to ensure the quality of the product and production processes of the plant. He/She will coordinate the activities necessary to meet the quality standards for incoming materials, production processes, and the finished product. It will be the responsibility of this role to define quality requirements within the product development process and monitor their application.

Main activities:

• Managing and making available on time all data related to process and product quality to management;
• Proposing and developing continuous improvement activities for perceived and process quality;
• Participating in audits by certification bodies and client inspections;
• Handling customer/supplier requests and complaints;
• Identifying and managing non-conformities, developing problem-solving strategies while respecting deadlines and required quantities.

Requirements:

• Academic background in technical fields (energy, electrical or industrial field) and
  at least 3 years of previous experience in production companies operating in the manufacturing sector;
• Excellent knowledge of regulations related to production processes;
• Ability to translate production quality data into reports and analyses;
• Managerial and methodological skills in analyzing and resolving product and process defects;
• Strong organizational, relational skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
