Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a dynamic player, which is developing and operating a high-power charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, is looking for:
Head of Business Development – E-Mobility
The Head of Business Development will be responsible for leading and ensuring the achievement of network targets (Public and Private), in liaison with Engineering & Operation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading the Business Development department (both third party sales and internal team)
- Lead And Management Indirect Development Channels: Agency, Brokers Partners Etc;
- Guaranteeing the Signing of contractual agreements with hosts in accordance with company plans;
- Managing commercial agreements with external partners;
- Sales reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience of the EV market and energy market
- Proficiency in english
- Target-oriented, availability to work in team
- Broker/channel partner experience
- Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues
- Self-driven and capable of quickly learning new products, processes, and systems knowledgeable about the market and competitors, allowing him to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators, and establish strong direct and indirect relationships to acquire and retain a book of business to meet and exceed goals
- Good record keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to travel.
