Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a dynamic player, which is developing and operating a high-power charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, is looking for:
Business Development Manager – Indirect Channels
He/She will be responsible for leading and ensuring the achievement of network targets (public and private), through indirect sales channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and develop channel strategies to maximize development opportunities and achieve targets;
- Identify and recruit new partners (agency, brokers etc);
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support and training;
- Monitor channel performance, track KPI, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for optimize channel effectiveness;
- Work closely with other department to ensure alignment of channel strategies with company targets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience of energy market (experience in the EV market, will be a plus)
- Broker/channel partner experience
- Proficiency in english
- Target-oriented, availability to work in team
- Self-driven and capable of quickly learning new products, processes, and systems knowledgeable about the market and competitors, allowing him to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators, and establish strong relationships to acquire and retain a book of business to meet and exceed goals
- Good record keeping and organizational skills
- Ability to travel.
