Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of an international engineering company, we are looking for a:

Energy Management Engineer

The ideal candidate owns a Degree in Engineering or a related technical field and has at least three years of experience in energy efficiency, ESCo, energy management systems, HVAC, building automation, or a similar role.

The Application Engineer will be responsible for defining product specifications to meet market requirements and customer-specific applications.

Main responsabilties:

• Collaborate with customers and partners to design, deploy, and optimize EMS solutions to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability for industrial and commercial clients.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to commissioning and post-deployment support.
• Work closely with Product Management and Development teams to address issues, provide feedback, and improve system functionality.
• Develop product/application specifications to assist customers in:
• Monitoring and analyzing energy consumption to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
• Developing energy management strategies, including consumption reduction plans and efficiency projects.
• Conducting regular energy audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Preparing detailed reports on energy consumption, costs, and savings, presenting results to management.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international energy regulations.
• Planning and managing energy efficiency projects.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of energy regulations and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and energy management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to travel to customer sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols used in EMS and BMS.
